The school is centrally located on Salt Spring Island and has a projected enrolment of 600 students in grades 8 to 12 . The anticipated salary range is $161,618 - $170,277.

The Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality programs to secondary students, for the operation of the school, and for district-level duties as required. This position requires a high level of energy and the ability to sustain a heavy and varied workload. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work successfully with all partner groups in a collaborative and dynamic basis. Evidence of previous school leadership is required, and experience as a principal or vice-principal is preferred.
