Qualifications:
1. Successful Classroom teaching experience
- Knowledge of and willingness to use, current best practices in education.
- Familiarity with BC Curriculum
- A strong team orientation.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- A desire to grow professionally.
- Clear Criminal Record Check.

This position is eligible for a pre-employment signing bonus of $10 000 in return for a successful candidate accepting a job offer for this position. Applicants must be a certified teacher not currently employed by the district in order to qualify.
The starting annual salary for this Elementary School Teacher position ranges from $64,650 to $111,934 with the placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.
