Position Title: Elementary Classroom Teacher

As a central division of the Society, Regent Christian Academy (RCA) is our flagship campus-based school, serving the community through our Sullivan and Cloverdale campuses in Surrey, BC. We bring the RCAS mission to life through a vibrant, in-person learning community where students from Preschool through Grade 12 engage in rigorous academics, competitive athletics, and the fine arts. At RCA, we are dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where classroom excellence and spiritual mentorship prepare students to lead and serve with integrity.
Reports to: Principal
Overview: The Elementary Classroom Teacher must be a dedicated and passionate educator who creates a nurturing, stimulating, and Christ-centered learning environment. They will be responsible for fostering the academic and social development of young minds, with a specific focus on core curriculum areas such as Math and English.

· Classroom Management: Skill in creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters a love for learning.

· Professionalism: Commitment to continuous professional growth, accurate record-keeping, and alignment with the RCAS Statement of Faith.

Compensation & Benefits:
● Pay: CA $53,000 - 95,000 annually
● Benefits: Extended Health & Dental, Pension plan available upon eligibility.
