PAINTERS (Seasonal)
Temporary Full time April 2026 to October 2026
40 Hours a week (Day shift)
Coquitlam School District invites applications from individuals for the position of Seasonal Painter. As the third largest school district in the province, we are located within a 40-minute drive from downtown Vancouver. The school district has a population of 34,000 students with approximately 4500 teaching, administrative, managerial and support staff.
This position reports to the Manager of Maintenance and Painter Supervisor and completes a variety of painting tasks with minimum supervision.
Duties Include:
- Inside and outside painting projects under minimum supervision.
- Operates and maintains painting equipment such as airless and conventional spray equipment, power washer, computer, brushes, rollers, etc.
- Painting Trades Qualification Ticket (TQ)
- Recent related experience
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A valid Class 5 BC Driver's License.
