"This is a Teacher Librarian position that will require flexibility! The assignment includes library with both collaborative time and instruction release time, as well as literacy and numeracy support. The Teacher Librarian will assist with RLA Symposium of Learning. Experience with technology, particularly G-Suite, is an asset.
Qualifications:
1. Successful Classroom teaching experience.
2. Knowledge of and willingness to use current best practices in education.
3. Familiarity with BC Curriculum.
4. A strong team orientation.
5. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
6. A desire to grow professionally.
7. Clear Criminal Record Check.
All Applicants must be eligible for certification by the Ministry of Education Teacher Regulation Branch.
The starting annual salary for this Elementary School Teacher position ranges from $67,524 to $111,934 with the placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.
