Head of International Education Programs (Canada-Based)

Job Description 

Chaoyin Education Group is searching for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to lead a newly-formed branch of its education-centered company.  The successful candidate will be leading the planning and execution of an international program and will oversee student exchange programs, international student summer camps, and study tours of Western Canada.  

This position requires the Program Head to build partnerships with local schools (public and independent), public school boards, and other educational institutions  in Canada.  Over time, they will expand and maintain a strong network within the Canadian Education Sector and coordinate resources between Canada and China to drive program growth.  This position could potentially expand in both responsibility and financial compensation if growth of the International Education Program requires building and managing a local team.

Job Qualifications

* A strong understanding of the Canadian education system and education market 

* Flexibility for short-term travel bewteen Canada and China (2-3 times per year) 

* Experience in international programs (eg. Study Abroad, IB, Student Exchange)

* Existing network within the Canadian education sector is preferred

* Strong project management and execution skills

* Bilingual in English and Mandarin 

* Previous leadership experience is an asset
