Teaching Position – Primary Classroom Teacher
School District No. 10 – Arrow Lakes, in the beautiful West Kootenay region of southeastern BC, is situated on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Sinixt, Sylix, Ktunaxa, and Secwepemc Peoples. We have the following temporary contract teaching opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year:
Position: Primary Classroom Teacher
School: Nakusp Elementary School
FTE: 1.0 FTE Temporary Contract
Effective: September 8, 2026 – January 3, 2027 (or with two weeks' notice of return of the incumbent)
Salary Range: $67,040 - $119,548 (Annualized, depending on placement on the grid)

This teacher will be assigned to a Grade 2/3 class.
