School District No. 22 has a position available for a dependable, caring individual as Noon Hour Student Supervisor starting as soon as possible. This position is one hour each day (five hours per week) for the 10-month school year.
Under the supervision of the school principal, you will monitor, supervise and direct students during school lunch times. You will deal with minor first-aid cases as required, report incidents and complete required incident reports, infraction or safety concerns as and when required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 10
- Six (6) months previous experience in dealing with children, such as volunteering or parenting
Services will not be required on In-Service and Non-Instructional Days.
WAGE: 25.45
SHIFT: Noon
This is a union position, CUPE Local 5523 and the hourly rate of pay is $25.45 plus a percentage in lieu of vacation and statutory holiday pay.
