POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Facility Services, the Custodial Supervisor provides strong leadership and guidance to custodial teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency across all district facilities. This role requires a proactive leader who fosters collaboration, motivates staff, and builds a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Custodial Supervisor values inclusive practices, open communication, and effective problem-solving to support students, staff, tenants, and the public.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
We offer competitive salaries based on the BCPSEA Salary Grid for Exempt Staff. Our total rewards package includes competitive salary, benefits, pension, and professional development opportunities. The 2024 salary range for full-time positions for a Custodial Supervisor is $85,260 to $106,575.
