VICE PRINCIPAL – ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY
The West Vancouver Board of Education is seeking dynamic leaders in education to embrace and enhance our vision of aspiring to provide the finest educational experience in the country – for the benefit of our children, our employees, our community, and our world. We have close to 7,000 students in our 18 schools, encompassing the District of West Vancouver, the Squamish Nation, the Village of Lions Bay, and Bowen Island. West Vancouver lies along a beautiful waterfront bounded by ski hills and hiking trails to the North, the Capilano watershed and river canyon to the East and Howe Sound and Burrard Inlet to the West and South.
We will use this process to fill two positions and create a pool for Elementary and Secondary Vice Principal openings, if vacancies occur between now and June of 2027.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to collaborative leadership, instructional excellence, and positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the broader community. The successful applicant must also demonstrate excellence in the following requirements:

The salary range for the position of Elementary Vice Principal is $138,076 to $145,892 and Secondary Vice Principal is $145,892 to $153,709.
