Speech and Language Pathologist
Speech and language services are those services provided by speech and language pathologists within a multidisciplinary framework designed to support students whose education is adversely affected by oral communication challenges.
Speech and language services include a full range of K-7 supports encompassing prevention, identification and assessment, direct instruction for students (individually, in classroom settings, or in small groups as appropriate), consultation, collaboration with educators and support staff regarding the student's needs in the classroom and other school environments, in-service training, and information sharing with families and other agencies.
Assignment 1: 0.3 FTE Temporary, Commencing September 2025 - June 30, 2026 or return of incumbent
Assignment 2: 0.6 FTE Temporary, commencing September 2025 - January 3, 2026 or return of incumbent.
