POSITION: Secondary Teacher
ASSIGNMENT: ADST - Photography, Robotics, Yearbook, Video & Film, Engineering (Gr 10-12), Drafting 11/12
FTE: 1.0
LOCATION: Correlieu Secondary School
EFFECTIVE DATES: Commencing September 1, 2026 and continuing
Basic Qualifications: A successful candidate will hold a valid BC Teaching Certificate and be a member in good standing in the BC Ministry of Education, Teacher Regulation Branch AND possess one or more of the following:
Training Specialization:
- Secondary Education with a major in Technology
- Secondary Education with a major in Fine Arts
Related Teaching Experience: Recent successful experience as a Secondary School Teacher
A Reasonable Expectation: based on a teacher's skills, abilities, professional development, and overall classroom teaching experience, that the teacher will be able to perform the duties in a successful manner in collaboration with other professional staff.
Additional Qualifications:
- Two or more courses at the 300 or 400 level in Technology Education
- Two or more courses at the 300 or 400 level in Fine Arts
Other:

The annual salary for the full-time Teacher ranges from $64,901 to $116,190 with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement. We also offer a competitive benefits package and pension.
