Minimum Academic Qualifications / Experience:

Valid B.C. Teaching Certificate (Elementary or Early Childhood focus preferred)

Experience working with Kindergarten or early primary-aged children

Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy, IMSE/OG and play-based learning

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Clean criminal record check

Montessori and/or Reggio Emilia training is an asset but not required
