SENIOR MANAGER, CARETAKING OPERATIONS

An exciting opportunity exists at School District No. 43 (Coquitlam) for a Senior Manager, Caretaking Operations. This position is responsible for the leadership, coordination, management, and delivery of caretaking services across the District, including oversight of caretaking managers, supervisors, and on-site caretakers. The role ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery across multiple sites and supports safe, clean, and well-maintained learning and working environments. Working closely with the Assistant Director of Maintenance Operations, the position supports and implements preventative maintenance programs. Additional responsibilities include labour relations and collective agreement administration, staff training and development, health and safety compliance, and the management of supplies and equipment, along with budget planning, monitoring, and inventory control. The annual salary range for this position is $107,645 - $134,556 and is complemented with a generous benefits package including the Municipal Pension Plan. The successful applicant will be required to successfully complete two criminal record checks.
