School District No. 58 (Nicola-Similkameen) is accepting applications for Relief StrongStart Coordinator positions for the Princeton a rea to be kept on file for one year , to be reviewed should a relief position become available. This means that we may contact you, if selected, anytime over the course of that year.
Relief StrongStart Coordinator positions are on-call positions.
The Relief StrongStart Coordinator position will be required to be available for work at all applicable Princeton schools.
Under the supervision of the District Principal of Student Support Services and the school principal the Relief StrongStart Coordinator provides replacement support in delivering the StrongStart BC Early Learning Centre drop-in program for parents/caregivers with preschool aged children (0-5 years). Parents and/or caregivers will be supported to participate alongside their children using interactive activities that concentrate on key aspects of early childhood development in a play-based setting.
Salary and benefits will be in accordance with the C.U.P.E. Local 847 Collective Agreement. Current wage is $30.01 per hour.
