School District No. 48 is currently looking for On-Call Technology Service Technicians to join our team!

Location: District

Rate of Pay: $34.32/hr

Duties & Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the ICT Manager, provides technical support services at all sites in the School District. This includes - diagnosing and resolving computer related hardware and software incidents and service requests in person, by telephone or remote access, providing end-user assistance and training - in accordance to District standards and guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

· Completion of Grade 12 plus post-secondary training in a computer related field of at least 2 years and a minimum of 3 years recent related professional experience is preferred which includes Local and Wide Area Networking and Personal Computer hardware and software maintenance.

· Customer Service oriented with very good written and verbal communication skills.

· Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License. Travel will be required

· Knowledge of Worksafe BC safety regulations.
