Reports to: Manager of Structural/Plumbing Maintenance,
This position will be responsible to manage all aspects of planning for minor renovation and maintenance construction projects. Key responsibilities include:
Success in this position requires excellent organizational skills, exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, thorough knowledge of standard construction materials and practices, as well as knowledge of computer applications and software applications related to the role

The Surrey School District prides itself on providing our facilities staff with excellent work-life balance. These Technologist positions work 37.5 hours per week on typical day shift of 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a unionized position that offers an hourly wage rate of $39.65 per hour plus benefits package: municipal pension, health, vacation & sick benefits. Effective date per collective agreement.
