Vice Principal - Elementary

Administrators are responsible for leadership and administration in schools in accordance with the school district's mandate and philosophy. Upholding the highest possible standards of professional conduct and teamwork, Administrators provide influential, progressive leadership and strategic insight to serve the primacy of teaching and learning as the core functions of schools.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BC Professional Teaching Certificate
- Successful teaching experience
- Evidence of post-graduate study leading to a Masters Degree
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth
- Superior skills in communication
- Demonstrated success in human relations skills
- Successful administrative and/or leadership experience
