On-call Early Childhood Educators (ECE) and

On-call Early Childhood Educator Assistants(ECEA) for

St. John Paull II School, Mini Miracles Centre, in Port Alberni

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

• Valid ECE certificate or diploma
• ECE/ECEA certificate or diploma
• Successful ECE/ECEA experience
• Current Childcare level B First Aid Certificate (an asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work well with children, colleagues and administration
• Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential matters

• Cover letter and resume
• Support Staff Application Form
• Photocopy of ECE/ECEA certificate
• Photocopy of First Aid certificate
• Immunization status
• Two (2) written letters of reference
• Name and contact information of two (2) references
• Photocopy of marriage certificate (if applicable)
• If Catholic, please submit Pastor Reference Form and photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
