Regent Christian Academy (RCA), located in Surrey, British Columbia, is a well-established interdenominational Christian school of approximately 600 students (K - 12) on one campus.

Specific qualifications include:

BC Teaching Certificate

BA Degree in Education (or equivalent) with a specialty

Clear understanding of Christian Education
- A deep understanding of the Christian- and Biblical-worldview
- Relational with a strong desire to connect with students
- Excited to work in a team environment in a progressive and creative school
- A reputation for being an excellent teacher and modeling servant leadership
- Having a friendly, even-tempered, and servant-hearted attitude toward staff, parents, and students
- Being teachable and a quick learner
- Being adaptable, professional, confident, and optimistic

Regent Christian Academy is a BC Ministry-certified Independent Christian school located in Surrey BC (30 km south of Vancouver). RCA has been in operation since 1978 and is well-established in the community. RCA shares a beautiful 39-acre campus with Pacific Life Bible College and Horizon Church. RCA currently enrolls 620 students on its main campus. In addition to the standard K-12 program, RCA serves over 50 International students. RCA also serves 1500 distance education and home-schooled students through our Ministry-certified Distributed Learning program. We have 50 teachers at the main campus (92 staff members).
