Early Childhood Educator

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate programming for children ages 3–5

• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and values-centered classroom environment

• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children at all times

• Collaborate effectively with fellow educators, families, and community partners

• Maintain clear, professional communication with families and team members

• Integrate Christian values into daily routines and learning experiences in an age-appropriate and respectful manner

• Adhere to all provincial licensing regulations and organizational policies.
  

  
  Qualifications

  • Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certification in British Columbia

  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification

  • Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Positive, flexible, and collaborative attitude

  • Comfort with and alignment to working within a Christian-based environment

    
    Assets (Not Required)

    • Experience in a preschool or licensed group care setting
    • Additional certification (e.g., Special Needs or Infant/Toddler)
    • Experience in or familiarity with faith-based early childhood education
