3. Formative and Summative Practicum Reports and if applicable Teacher Evaluation Reports from Sponsor teacher(s) and University Supervisor(s)
4. Minimum of Two Professional or written / Educational References from Immediate Supervisors who are knowledgeable about and can speak to your instructional practices.
5. Teacher Qualification Service (TQS) Category Card
6. BC Ministry of Education Certificate of Qualification
Please note, for those who are completing their final practicum and expected to graduate in the next few weeks, we welcome your application. Please submit all the documents you have in your possession as per above.
