School District 46 is looking for an enthusiastic person with a unique skillset to fill the temporary full-time (35 hour/week) position of Therapy Coordinator.

The Therapy Coordinator assists district therapists in the delivery of specialized intervention programs for students by coordinating, supporting and overseeing referrals between schools and the district therapy team. This includes preparing a variety of materials and supports for implementation of therapy interventions, programming augmentative communication devices, providing specific training to students, teachers, and support workers, and providing at home support for students with complex and diverse needs. The starting wage for the position is $30.65. 

Qualifications:

• The successful applicant must have a Rehabilitation Assistant Diploma or have significant relevant coursework.  
• A valid first aid certificate is required.
• Detailed knowledge of database management and spreadsheet programs would be considered an asset.
