Custodian On-Call

School District 46 is looking for individuals to add to our Custodial On-Call list and to fill short-term, temporary positions on both day and afternoon shifts. A Grade 12 education is required and a Building Service Worker certificate is an asset. Successful applicants who do not have a BSW certificate will be provided the training. Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks such as disinfecting, vacuuming, scrubbing, and the moving of furniture and equipment to facilitate cleaning.

Custodian positions are included in Local 801 of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and the hourly rate of pay is between $28.66 to $31.66/hr. Full job descriptions for CUPE positions can be found on our website.
