Accounts Payable Coordinator
Regular, Full-time position

Position Overview:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is an integral member of the Finance Team. Reporting to the Controller, they are responsible for processing and reconciling a large volume of payable transactions and providing guidance and training to staff on school policy regarding purchase orders, invoice processing, expense reports, credit card reconciliation, service contracts and other financial matters. What You’ll Bring
Preferably you will have a certificate or diploma in business administration, accounting or other related field and at least three years experience in an Accounts Payable capacity. You will be highly proficient in Excel and Google Suite and be a quick study navigating accounting software. Familiarity with accounting practices and internal controls is an asset.
