Sunshine Coast School District No. 46 welcomes applications from enthusiastic and dynamic educators to fill the following anticipated position:
Position: Band 8/Musical Theatre/Concert Band
F.T.E.: 0.429 F.T.E. (FTE could change depending on enrolment)
Start Date: September 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024
The assignment is Late Intermediate/Graduate: Fine Arts (Band 8, Musical Theatre, Concert Band), effective as per the dates shown above. This position is located out of Chatelech Secondary, with Musical Theatre and Concert Band outside of the timetable. There may be an opportunity to combine this posting with other secondary subjects or district elementary music/band to make the position full-time (1.0 FTE).
Applicants must have training and experience teaching the subjects and levels noted above. Also, evidence of the successful application of instructional and professional skills (as per Article E.24.3 of the Collective Agreement) must be provided.
