FULL-TIME CONTINUING AUTOMOTIVE SECONDARY TEACHER

Applicants are expected to work in a collaborative environment and to have demonstrated such ability.  Flexibility and the ability to adapt practice, strategies and/or curriculum to respond to students’ needs is essential.  The successful candidate for this position must possess current academic and professional preparation and recent teaching experience in this subject and at various levels.  The students in all classes at McNair will range from those who are highly skilled in a curricular area to those with limited English language exposure and awareness.  A demonstrated ability to engage with students from diverse cultural and language backgrounds and with a wide variety of learning needs and styles is required.  Recent work experience must reflect a commitment to collaboration and teamwork and a willingness to work closely with other colleagues in a professional and supportive environment.
