What we are looking for:

Each year, West Vancouver Schools’ International Programs offers a New Student Orientation program to elementary and secondary-level international students who have just arrived to begin their studies in our schools. Student Leaders form an important part of New Student Orientation.

 

Student Leaders are mature, senior students (currently in grade 10 and 11) at our secondary schools who provide leadership to our international students to be successful. They help the international students become familiar with our local schools, community, and culture. Successful candidates should be available from August 22, 2023 to August 31, 2023. There may be additional opportunities to work with International Programs during the school year.

 

We are looking for a team of outgoing and enthusiastic young adults with leadership ability and experience. Student Leaders enjoy working with students from around the world and take part in all field trips and activities. Special skills, such as second and third languages, and experience in the arts and athletics are also assets.
