In anticipation of upcoming openings, Coast Mountains School District No. 82 is inviting applications for an upcoming Vice-Principal pool competition. Successful candidates will be eligible for assignment to a suitable vice-principal position at one of our elementary, middle, or secondary schools for the upcoming school year.

In the Coast Mountain School District, we serve approximately
4300 learners in 19 schools across a variety of communities in the beautiful Northwest. Approximately 40% of our learners are of Indigenous ancestry, and our communities are both culturally rich and visually stunning. With the implementation of a new Strategic Plan, the district is focused on student well-being and achievement in safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environments.

The Position

The Vice-Principal is responsible for leadership and administration in the school in accordance with the school district’s mandate and philosophy. The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications, experiences, and attributes:
