The Burnaby School District is seeking an HR Executive Secretary to join their progressive Human Resources team. The HR Executive Secretary is responsible for performing highly confidential secretarial and administrative support duties at the Director level. This job requires discretion and tact in handling confidential and sensitive management information related to Board operations as well as the application and amendment of collective agreements.
The successful candidate should have superior administrative skills including knowledge of databases, human resources systems and Microsoft Office, along with demonstrated ability to multi-task and be adaptable to changing work priorities.
