Superintendent of Schools – Gulf Islands School District

We are seeking an exceptional educator and visionary leader to join our team. 

As the leader of the Gulf Islands School District, you are responsible to the Board of Education for enhancing learning for all.  You will work with the educational leadership team to facilitate ongoing collaboration, encourage innovation and ensure student success through effective stewardship of resources and facilities.

As the ideal candidate, you are a consummate problem solver and confident collaborator who is ready to lead the District successfully through any challenges while ensuring a shared vision for student learning.

The Gulf Islands School District enjoys positive relationships with its partner groups. As the new Superintendent, you will work to enhance communications and relationships among all members of schools, the community, and the greater public.

Gulf Islands School District is located in the Salish Sea (Strait of Georgia) and is home to five island communities – Salt Spring, Pender, Galiano, Mayne and Saturna as well as Windsor House School in North Vancouver.
