SPEECH-LANGAUGE PATHOLOGIST

(1.0 TEMPORARY)

The Maple Ridge - Pitt Meadows School District (SD42) is looking for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for a 1.0 FTE Temporary position to June 30, 2021, which may include a graduated return. As part of our Learning Services Team, the Speech-Language Pathologist will have experience working within the elementary and secondary school context, and the ability to work collaboratively with school based teams and families. The Speech-Language Pathologist will have knowledge and experience working with students with autism spectrum disorders and students who require augmentative communication systems, and will have outstanding communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills and the ability to be flexible and creative.

The applicant will possess:

  • A Master’s Degree in Speech - Language Pathology,
  • Membership in the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals (CSHBC).
