Responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to the Secretary Treasurer /CFO, you will assist with planning and managing the day-to-day activities in support of the North Vancouver Board of Education. Along with providing highly confidential administrative support to the Executive and Corporate Services departments, you will prepare background material and conduct research on a variety of School District governance matters, legal matters, and freedom of information requests.

You will liaise with trustees, elected representatives, government officials, the school district staff, community organizations and the general public, responding to general information requests regarding district policies, educational programs, and events.
