We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team.
As Secretary Treasurer, you will be an integral part of the senior leadership team and have overall responsibility for all corporate services.
As the ideal candidate, you are a consummate problem solver and confident collaborator who holds a professional accounting designation. You have proven strategic leadership skills and five years of public sector experience at a senior executive level.
As Secretary Treasurer, you will be responsible for all aspects of the district’s financial matters, ensuring that the Board’s financial plans remain compliant with the School Act. You will oversee facilities and all non-educational services, provide guidance and support for board operations and governance, and work to achieve the district strategic plan.
An ability to be an astute systems thinker, to utilize ethical decision making practices and lead in an open and honest manner are attributes vital to success in this role.
