Description of Assignment LEARNING SUPPORT This teaching assignment will consist of Learning Support blocks and Modified Resource blocks. Special Qualifications Required *Training and experience teaching at the secondary level *A degree in Special Education is preferred *Training and experience teaching students with all categories of special needs *Knowledge in the creation and maintenance of Individualized Education Plans *Awareness of case management in tracking students *Experience working with low-incidence students in regular and special education classrooms *Ability to provide Learning Support while working with students on regular secondary academic course work Local Area Information and Application Details School District No. 27 operates in the Cariboo-Chilcotin of BC.
