Description of Assignment
This position will work closely with other School Psychologists working for the School District. This position will also work closely with a team of District Counsellors, Inclusive Support Coordinators, Speech and Language Pathologists, Occupational and Physical Therapists as well as Hearing Teacher and Vision Consultant.
Special Qualifications Required
*Possess a Master's Degree in Education - Applied Child Psychology
*Have the ability to administer & interpret psycho-educational tests including restricted
psychological instruments (level C tests)
*Have the ability to consult & collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, parents & other
*Have the ability to work with a full range of students (K-12) across wide range of abilities
*Membership in the BC Association of School Psychologists and/or the College of
Psychologists of BC
*Applicant must possess a valid BC Driver's Licence & have a vehicle available for travel
