The Catholic Independent Schools of the Vancouver Archdiocese (the CISVA) operates 47 schools – 40 elementary and seven high schools. Our footprint extends over 250 kilometres, from Powell River in the west to Chilliwack in the east.

Traditional Learning Academy, Coquitlam, an independent school, K - 12, is accepting applications for a part-time French teacher, two mornings (8 periods) per week, (0.27 FTE) commencing immediately. The successful applicant will be committed to delivering the program of French 9 & 11 according to the BC Curriculum, carrying out unit and maintaining course planning, upholding the standards & guidelines established by the school, participating in, and/or supporting the extra-curricular activities of the school, and supervising students during non-classroom time. He or she must be capable of teaching the Catholic religion, and be in possession of, or qualified to receive valid BC Teaching certification.
