Supervision Aide On-Call
A casual on-call position working in both the Elementary & Secondary schools.

Supervising elementary and secondary students on the school grounds and in the school, you will be trusted to maintain order and safety, and to assist students to resolve conflicts in a positive manner. As part of these responsibilities, you may also be called on to administer first aid and maintain an awareness of student medical alerts. In addition, you will use computers and assist with the smooth running of a school office. Duties include: general office functions, receptionist, customer service, data entry, document editing, supplies inventory management, record keeping and library support.
In addition to your knowledge of methods to positively regulate behaviour using behaviour management and conflict resolution techniques, you have intermediate to advanced knowledge of office procedures and general school operations. Ideally you have six months experience working in office administration, clerical positions, customer service and basic first aid.
